Our commitment to accessibility
Our Commitment
At Kingdom Sushi, we are committed to making our website accessible and easy to use for all visitors. If you experience any issues while viewing or navigating our site, or if you come across any content, features, or functions that you believe may not be fully accessible to individuals with disabilities, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
When contacting us, please provide details about the specific feature you find inaccessible or share any suggestions for improvement. We value your input and will carefully consider it as we work to enhance the accessibility of our website. Although we do not control the content of third-party vendors, we encourage them to ensure their digital content is also accessible and user-friendly.
Accessibility Statement
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a finished state. Where this site falls short of that goal, we want to hear about it and fix it.
What we have built into this site
- A “Skip to Main Content” link as the first item in the keyboard tab order on every page.
- Semantic page structure — header, navigation, main and footer landmarks, with headings in a meaningful order.
- Keyboard access to menus, forms, dialogs and the location panels, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text alternatives for images that carry information, and decorative images and icons hidden from screen readers so they are not announced as unnamed graphics.
- Links that open a new window or download a file announce that to screen reader users.
- Form fields with programmatic labels, and validation messages that are announced when they appear.
- Colour contrast checked against the WCAG minimums for body and large text.
- Motion reduced automatically for visitors whose system requests it.
Known limitations
Parts of this site are provided by third parties and we do not control their markup: online ordering and reservations open on the provider’s own platform, and embedded maps, review feeds and social feeds render their own content. We report accessibility problems to those providers when we find them, but we cannot fix them directly. Documents attached to job postings are supplied by applicants and may not be accessible.
Tell us what is not working
If any page, feature or document on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, contact us and we will help you get the information you need by another route while we work on a fix. Please include the page address and a short description of what happened.
